The program kicks off with 12 weeks of Implementation Coaching!
Over the next 12 weeks, our focus will be on actionable steps and targeted strategies to ensure you achieve your business goals efficiently and confidently.
Coaching Package Overview:
Strategy: We’ll start by uncovering your true purpose, identifying who you can impact, and pinpointing the unique value only you can bring. Together, we’ll design a strategic roadmap that aligns with your strengths and defines core and premium offers that resonate with your ideal clients and reflect your worth.
Planning: Personalized assessment and roadmap creation. We’ll create a step-by-step plan to bring your vision to life with systems that allow you to work smarter, not harder. This includes refining your core offer(s) to match your expertise and setting a clear path to profitability, prioritizing sustainable growth that also values your time and well-being.
Implementation: Now, we put the plan into action by setting up essential systems and automating tasks that free up your time. This is where you learn to build resilience through well-structured systems that support sustainable growth. We’ll work together to ensure you can confidently communicate your worth and offerings—enabling you to charge what you’re truly worth and attract premium clients.
Execution: Hands-on support in applying proven systems and frameworks. During execution, we focus on launching or expanding your business with a strong emphasis on storytelling and connection. I’ll teach you to use the power of storytelling to share your journey, inspire your audience, and build deep trust. This phase is about making a lasting impact while positioning yourself as the authority in your field.
Accountability: Regular check-ins and adjustments to keep you on track. Accountability is where you see real transformation. We’ll track progress, make adjustments, and reinforce the confidence needed to uphold your worth and your pricing. The format is weekly 90 min meetings on a consistent day of the week and time. We currently meet on Wednesdays at 11 AM MST but that schedule is subject to change in 2025! We will take a poll and try and accomadate as many as possible. Replays are sent out and every member gets unlimited access to the academy portal!
